I believe Murray is fundamentally poised for exponential growth and success.  I see Murray as a positive, hard working, creative and determined community; one that demands excellent leadership. Murray is a city that sets the bar high. It is an example of a city that is moving forward, and thriving, in the midst of difficult circumstances. A rich, prosperous future is on the horizon for Murray, and I am excited to be a part of that.

As your next mayor, I foresee Murray becoming a model city in this region and in the state of Kentucky.  Unemployment, poverty and crime rates will go down and education levels, job rates, and incomes will go up. The city of Murray will also continue to be a leader in this region while collaborating and working with all cities in western Kentucky to make an impact on important issues.  Problem solving with sister cities on issues such as air quality, clean water and transportation brings solutions to the table and develops positive, effective relationships in our region.

As a city that leads by example, Murray will display the confidence of a city that has a strong sense of pride and believes in itself. These are the attributes that set us apart and bring unity as we work together to achieve lasting results for our community.
